A Taste of Cy-Fair offers more food and wine for third year

Lynda Zelenka, executive director of Cy-Hope, said the nonprofit is thankful for the fundraising the event does. Cy-Hope offers multiple programs for at-risk and in need children including a backpack program to deliver food to students, Hope Centers that provide tutoring and recreation and Dierker’s Champs, a baseball program. All proceeds from ATOCF go directly to Cy-Hope, Beattie said, and last year the event raised more than $40,000 for the organization.

Businesses participating in this year’s ATOCF include Azul Italian Kitchen, Cypress Trail Hideout, Hanan’s Cafe, Backyard Grill and more. A local artist will paint a mural throughout the event, with the chance for participants to photograph the artwork. A sellers market will feature a plethora of vendors from local businesses.
